Baltimore County Family Self-Help Office

The Circuit Court for Baltimore County Self-Help Office accepts walk-ins Monday-Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., on a first-come, first-served basis. We are in the County Courts Building, second floor Access to Justice Resource Center (formerly Law Library), 401 Bosley Avenue, Towson, Maryland 21204. 

The Office can:

• Help with Family Law court forms, which may be obtained at the Law Library, the Clerk’s Office or online through the Maryland Judiciary. Learn more about electronic filing.
• Explain Family Law court processes
• Help you open, answer or move your Family Law case forward. Check the status of your case.

The Office cannot:

• Give legal advice
• File paperwork for you
• Represent you in court
